Roommate Renee Breeden. A little bit of a culture clash as she was
black and came from an urban area. I don't think she knew what to
make of me. She found it beyond belief that I did not own a house key
and we never locked our doors. I don’t really remember two other apt-mates.

Worked in a photo dept of a dept store, mostly making phone calls to set

Fred proposed. During a weekend visit, sitting on the bed in my dorm, he
handed me the ring box and said, "Here". I wasn't exactly sure that he was
proposing, and didn't know to put the ring on my left hand until a friend told me.
